UnDoomScroll (“App”) helps you build healthier screen habits by gently intercepting distracting apps. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the App or our website, you agree to this policy.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of UnDoomScroll (“App”) and our website. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
License
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Account and Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you sign in, you agree to keep your account secure and accurate.
Subscriptions and Billing
Pro is offered as a paid subscription via Google Play Billing. Prices, taxes, and renewal terms are shown in the store at purchase time.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Manage or cancel at any time in the Google Play Store. We do not handle card data directly.
Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies and local laws.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate others’ rights.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent App security or features.
Misuse permissions (e.g., overlays) in ways that deceive or harm others.
Use the App while engaging in activities requiring full attention where interruptions could cause harm.
Health and Safety Notice
UnDoomScroll provides behavioral nudges and focus tools. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you have mental health concerns, seek guidance from a qualified professional.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
The App, brand, artwork, mascot, code, text, and other content are owned by Company Legal Name or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. All rights reserved.
Third‑Party Services
We rely on Google Play Billing, Firebase Authentication, and optional Crashlytics/Analytics. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms in addition to ours.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. By using the App, you consent to those practices.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, harm other users, or create risks to the service. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the App.
Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
Limitation of Liability
